Thailand Retreat 2014

Come join us for our next retreat on the Bay of Love!

14th – 20th September, 2014

Combining asana, pranayama, chanting, dynamic movement and a hearty dose of self examination, we’ve designed a program that will give you practical tools to help you be a shinier, happier, healthier person – long after you leave this jungle paradise.

This full program includes:

2 daily yoga sessions

2 delicious vegetarian meals daily

Cacao ceremonies

Dynamic vinyasa yoga

Restorative Yin yoga

Yoga Nidra

Meditation classes
(& how to start & maintain a meditation practice!)

Self inquiry workshops

Did we mention “tropical island paradise”?

It’s all designed to move you closer to the best self you can be:

Shinier, Happier & Healthier.

The teaching is suitable for all levels of practice – and from beginner to advanced practitioner, you will be challenged and nurtured.
We have limited the number of places to ensure you receive loads of one on one attention.

We have secured a variety of accommodation to suit every budget, from luxury, air conditioned Garden Suites, to houses you can share with other participants, to simple fan cooled bungalows, ranging from $30 a night to $150 a night. We want this retreat to be accessible no matter what your budget, so make sure you get in early to secure your best option. Accommodations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Aside from your accommodation, the retreat is all inclusive for $880 USD.

If you pay in full before May 30th, you’ll secure the early bird rate of $780 USD.
